Challenge
Happy Planner was experiencing rapid growth, and to facilitate this, the company sought to migrate to Shopify while in the midst of a rebranding process. Additionally, they were managing numerous promotions and grappling with a complex taxonomy system.
Solution
Designed a responsive Shopify User Experience leading to a streamlined eCommerce management and an improved conversion rate. streamlined their taxonomy system, restructured their Information Architecture and found a new home for their promotions, resulting in a more satisfying online shopping experience.
