Mancini's Sleepworld Responsive eCommerce UX Design
Challenge
Mancini's Sleepworld, dealing with a complex, customizable product range in a localized region, underwent a rebranding and replatforming process, transitioning from Magento to Salesforce. Additionally, their store finder was facing complex challenges due to various business logics that determined product delivery methods.
Solution
Designed a responsive Salesforce Commerce Cloud eCommerce User Experience, resulting in simplified eCommerce administration and improved conversion. Simplified the store finder while maintaining location privacy, which made it easier for users to locate their nearest store and access shipping prices and stock availability.
