Monsoon Responsive eCommerce UX/UI Design

Challenge

Monsoon, a fashion retailer, has undergone rapid expansion; however, its eCommerce platform has lagged behind. Furthermore, the extensive variety of clothes has proven challenging to order, consequently impeding sales.

Solution

Designed a seamless responsive User Experience leading to an improved conversion rate. Simplified the information infrastructure and reorganized navigation items, resulting in improved findability and customer satisfaction. Additionally, the User Interface was conceptually redesigned for a LEDU UI course.
